I have Xperia J Rooted,Unlocked and Deodexed.
I don't know why but I face Android is upgrading every boot.
It's loading all apps again so my boot takes about 5-10 minutes.
What can I do?

It's because you have .odex files left in your system. If you deodexed you're self you should delete odex fils.
Good luck.

You'll have to delete them manual they are in: system/app folder and in system/framwork folder. But before you delete anything make backup with cwm.

But I don't know what are the differences between odex and deodexed files. How can I know which is odex or deodex.
In addition I use a mod which is called Pure Performance X
This mod have Zipalign and CrosBreeder
Do they cause that problem?

Same problem
I also have this type of problem but i am on odex. So i don't know what is actually the problem. I only install xperia keyboard by cwm and also xtheme engine. Are they actually caused from titanium backup since i once saw that on others forum.
