is that somewhere in res/values or somewhere else ????

Open res/xml folder and find WiFi releted file and in this file search How to use WiFi something and just remove this line and open public.xml and id.xml and remove this topic related line ad recompile done.....

Remove that and if you want to add the image in attachments as background in this apk if possible

Sorry already try 6-7 time but this app can not work I install but get unfortunately stop why I don't know
I remove How to use WiFi tag but can't work give me some Time I will edit it.
