I have just modded Serajr power toggles systemUI ported by Aeron Sagar's to use sense 4 taskswitcher

REQUIREMENTS
Stock .23 deodexed Rom
Patched services.jar(superusermod)

Working on my XE .23 but i find a little bug:
Notification on notification panel is cropped.

and in settings tab I found this:

1. Unfortunately, the application %1$5 has been stopped
2. applications %1$5 not responding, do you want to close it?
3. applications %1$5 not responding
If you can fix it..

edit:
If systemui not working for you , add this line to build.prop
dalvik.vm.verify-bytecode=false
dalvik.vm.dexopt-flags=v=n,o=v,m=y

My newest settings from HonEmi are support your systemui (on/off toggles, choose order of toggles, etc..) You can note it in OP it you want
