Until last couple of minutes, I didn't even know that Sony Xperia - L provides a means to boot into Stock Recovery Mode.
  1. How I can I take a backup of stock recovery image?
  2. While flashing a custom ROM, does the recovery partition also gets overwritten?
  3. After installing a recovery environment, e.g. CWM, is there any means to revert back to stock one?

Wow you just got here and you sure do ask a shxt load of questions. All I'm gonna say is next time post in the Q/A sub forums, instead of here.

Wait, why do you think the questions to be s-h-i-t? May I know what this offence is for?

Cause instead of starting one thread will the questions, you've created multiple. And instead of putting them in the question/answers section you've put it in the general sections. Not trying to be offensive, it's just the way I talk lol.

If I'm not wrong.
1. Xperia doesn't have stock recovery image
2. Again, Xperia doesn't have recovery partition
3. Again and again, Xperia doesn't have stock recovery.

CWM and TWRP are integrated in kernel ramdisk. CMIIW

Btw, as Joel16 said, you should ask this in Q&A section not in General

It has *some* sort of recovery environmrnt, if not a full-fledged one. Because, this method works.

NOTE

Sony Xperia devices don’t ship with a pre-installed recovery. So unless you’ve installed a custom recovery like CWM or TWRP on your device, you won’t be able to boot into recovery mode.

read carefully next time, from the site u gave

I know what's written over there. But that seems to be wrong. With adb reboot recovery, I am being able to boot into a minimalistic recovery environment. If you want, I can attach an image of what I land up at.
