Default Which kernel to install for jb

Hey im on stock 4.2.2 with unlocked bootloader n i want to install kernel which has a very good battery backup..
Im confused with phantom or thunderzap..
My major concern is battery backup.
N 1 more thing after installing either of the kernel, will i be able to run 1080p(chipset decoding) videos as i read somewhere our chipset supports 1080p..
N if there is any other better kernel do suggest..😃

The word is "and", not " n".
