I don't think there's any solution other than jtag or replace motherboard

flashing other device's ftf is wrong and will result in hardbrick

@dhilipmadhav
Have you tried connecting the phone to the flashtool in 'Flash mode' ?
if not, Hold volume - & plugin the phone while flash tool is running and then flash the stock firmware which ur phone had last time.
If you have tried the above one, the android drivers are located at " adt-bundle-windows-xxxxxxxxx\sdk\extras\google\usb_driver "
Install the drivers through device manager.

Just found a neat little way to recover the phone from the same situation:

Situation:
-Phone won't boot past sony logo (mistake with CWM)
-Can't get as far as recovery screen
-Phone not recognised when connected, in regular, fastboot or flash mode
-Bootloader is locked
-Can put phone in fastboot but still not recognised (devmgmt.msc doesn't show anything)

Prep:
-Install the right drivers for your board, plus fastboot and flashmode.
-Extract the kernel.sin from your working stock .ftf, put it somewhere I guess.
-Remove battery, give phone some breathing space. Tell it everything will be alright.

Procedure:
-Insert USB while holding vol up *and* holding camera button right down
-Phone will be detected
-Hit the lighting button in flash tool and choose fastboot
-"Select kernel to HotBoot" and locate the kernel.sin from your stock rom.
-Flashing this has the side effect of knocking the phone into *flash* mode.
-Don't unplug, not go flash your stock .ftf, and grin menacingly.
