[Q] Xperia L after booted into cwm can't boot normally

My classmate got her phone cwm 6 flashed.
About half hour ago, I asked if she could show me how cwm looks.(cuz no recovery works on my phone)
After that, her phone no longer boot normally like before (always boot into cwm)

Any suggestions?

switch off and remova battery. wait a while and then reboot.

Yes? Just flash a stock FTF

She might have accidentally formatted /system

Or just flash another kernel.. Thats the easiest way and she'll lose no data
