I installed it and noticed HDR improvements in video recording(it lights up better and the camera doesn't flicker so often),photos in low light are better(the camera does not lag so much when you try to take a photo) and playing with exposure will also improve this fix. Also I couldn't reproduce the video blinking issue(when the video wrong focus on the light source and the film starts blinking). Will test more tonight and report.
One question...I haven't wiped dalvik-cache,just cache.Is that a problem?
Also,i haven't noticed and changes in Camera UI.It's supposed to be link this?
Thanks for your work dev, really love to see fixes on camera as this was presented as a camera phone and they really fked it up well.Maybe they'll fix it in the next update, but we can't really relay on sony's development...they're not that serious when dealing with important issue.
Good luck!

If I remember corectly you have that option in cwm. However,it's not such an important thing. You can skip it and follow the tutorial. You'll have to wipe dakvik-cache so all the games/apps which are on internal memory will have their data erased,so first back-up data of the apps you need(like games in order to save progress and so on) with Titanium Back-Up.

Yes,that simple.Back-up data and then after you've wiped dalvik-cache and flashed the zip just restore data. The app won't be deleted, only it's cache. You'll have this option when you tap on the app in TB app.Good luck and post your review as soon as you finish testing.

Dalvik cache doesn't wipe any data.

Maybe you're right.I know that on my old phone wiping dalik-cache deleted the data of apps moved to sd-card.I assumed that on XL it would delete data of apps moved to internal storage. When I flashed this I wiped just cache because it was written to do so on facebook.Maybe I read it wrong, nevermind, the mod works just fine.I'm still waiting for the dev to get online and answer my first post. Thanks for correcting me.GL&HF!
