Ok I've used the sd swap using the universal init.d apk method and all worked fine for months until yesterday, I updated supersu app and thought nothing about it a few hours after update I rebooted the phone and lost the swap, tried removing the script from init.d folder and re doing it but no luck, the app did have root access granted but now it's not in the list and won't ask for access, has it lost the init.d support? Will I have to start from scratch of redoing the support? Also when I click verify on the universal init.d apk it says I have the support but no scripts working

Well it's happened again, latest update of supersu app and I have lost the swap. Any ideas? Should I try installing the init.d support again, but according to the app it says I have the support. Any help? I can't be the only one this has happened to
