my phone stuck on sony logo and I can not get into cwm recovery, the pink led dose not show up while turning phone on! I have unlocked the bootloader and tried to flash different kernels to access recovery. I can not find stock kernel.img and ftf firmware for xperia m (single) too. any idea?

Try flashing xperia m kernel then flash a new rom like cm11 then revert back to stock.

I have done these methods but the flashing finishes with error. I can just flash kernel on it. I need an. Img kernel with compatible. Tft firmware. Hope to reach a solution

From above error i can see that you are flashing 4.1.2 firmware. Try flashing 4.3 firmware.
