D2303 model
4.4.2 build 18.3.C.0.37
Unlocked bootloader (waiting for a suitable recovery).

The objective would include:
1/ a compatible recovery;
2/ a system partition which could be r/w mounted to allow a busybox to be installed;
3/ an effective root method.

Let me know how to proceed further

If only we two are interested, then it would not make much sense.

Im doing this on locked bootloader.
In locked bootloader I did the following for root in KitKat:
1.-Install firmware for flahstool Jelly Bean
Rooting 2.- in the firmware with towelroot
3. Install superuser apk
4.-Go to the center and wait for the OTA update KitKat or press update the System tab in the center of upgrade.
Choose 5.- download the update
6.-Wait for it to download, install and select the phone will restart automatically.
7-Waiting to start just
8-Go to SuperSU
9-Install an app that requires root and verify that the root still works.

Can you confirm you have full root, not the 50 % root with system r/w protection?

Which variant are you using? D2303 requires a computer to upgrade.
