[Q] *#*#7378423#*#* is not working (I can't open sevice menu) Xperia U Android 4.4.4

So here is my problem. I type the *#*#7378423#*#* into the dieler but then nothing happens. I read somewhere that I need to install a service menu apk but I could not do it. I put it into a zip and then into the phone and after that with a Bootloader I intall it and it givies me errors. I even tryed putting it into the cm-11-STABLE-4-M11-kumquat as I intalled it but again nothing. Please help me!

Test the original Servicemenu.apk from ics beta. Have you do it?
