Default Date and Time getting reset after reboot

Hi,

I am having a weird problem for few days. Every time I reboot my phone, timezone stays fine, but time/date resets to 1971. I had OpenSEMC-U Rom before, today flashed latest Carbon Rom (KITKAT), but no luck. Did factory reset, system/data/dalvik wipe, but no results.

Why is this happening, please help me.

Unfortunately that issue is persisting in all Kikat ROM's and there is no direct fix for it. For correct date to be settled, tick the automatic time update from settings and You phone must be connected to network to get the current date.
Pressing the is appreciated!
