Service Is my phone network locked?

I want to switch providers in the UK and I think my phone is already unlocked. However I have no alternative sim card to use to test it out!

I went to that page which checks these things but i can't interpret it. Can someone tell me what it means?

I think that "Network 0" means your phone cannot be unlocked.

Anyway, try a different SIM card from a friend to test whether it accepts other providers.

Nope! It means that it's fully unlocked.
Mine is the same and it's fully unlocked. Also mine is "Bootloader unlock allowed: Yes", so I guess he can unlock the bootloader aswell if he wants to.
