Why isn't CWM recovery updated to 6.0.5.1?

Because I've not really cared about it, I'm mostly using TWRP. But I'll try to update it in next version.

I am facing a new bug
On every reboot it says android is upgrading and optimize caches. Even a random reboot without doing anything. This can be a kernel issue? I am using stock 207

Is there any .odex file in your "/data/app" folder? Maybe deleting those file/(s) will solve the problem.

You can try overvoltage freq 1728 Mhz to 1,275 V like freq 1832Mhz after that random reboot is over. i think 1,225V is too low for that freq
