[Q] [Xperia V] Problem about PhilZ Touch Recovery

Before flashing a new rom, I Factory Reset my phone and Select "Clean to install a New Rom" then yes. I did'nt flash a new rom because suddenly i click reboot or i have click something to reboot my Xperia V, After that my Phone Stock after the logo of sony :/ Please Help Me ! ( Should i flash a stock ROM ?

Locked bootloader, I guess?
Use Flashtool to install a stock firmware of your choice.

You wiped /system and didn't replace it with a new system. Your only way out is either to put your phone in fastboot mode and flash a kernel that includes a recovery (if you have an unlocked bootloader) or put it in flashmode and flash a Stock FTF; either of those two options are simple enough.
