  • Make a NANDROID backup
  • Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache (optionally wipe Data)
  • Flash ROM
  • Flash official PA GAPPS (link available in OP)

Please, don't report any bugs if you haven't tried a clean flash and/or have flashed any type of custom mod or kernel, especially Xposed! Also be sure to include ADB logcats with your bug reports. Don't know how to ADB logcat?

The latest version of TWRP is recommended with this ROM.

For those who want to build the ROM themselves but are lazy and have no experience building what-so-ever:

  • The process is almost entirely automated.
  • All you need is to have Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64 bit installed.
  • Instructions are included.

Happy building!

Motorola Timeport (First Mobile) > Motorola V300 (First camera phone) > SE W800 (Change of pace) > Nokia N95 (First Smartphone, best symbian ever) > Nokia N97 (Worst phone I've ever had!!!) > Nexus One (Android saved my life) > Samsung Galaxy S2 (Nice piece of hardware) > Samsung Galaxy S3 (Nice phone, a little too fragile) > Sony Xperia Z1

Nice rom! Some fc's in settings and a bit laggy but it has potential! Fingers crossed in further development. At last good alternative to CM...

Look at your build.prop and check what is your device name there maby your actual rom changed something? Easiest way is to flash stock, cm boot.img and paranoid. Long way but effective
