I didnt know phones come with water indicator...
Xperia and Xiaomi FAN
Xperia X8 (slow phone but good) > Xperia Live with Walkman (fastest but bad screen) > Xperia U (smooth as butter) > Xiaomi MI2S (best so far)

Sony Smartwatch 2 (not so useful)

Motorola RAZR (2004) was likely the first to have one in a plainly visible location... as for me, I just remove them at the first good excuse to open the phone
