go to setting choose development option and check debugging usb

I did that but nothing happened flashtool said to enter in Debugging mode.

I tried to enter in flashmode by pressing vol. + button because on Sony's Website to press vol. +

have you installed adb driver and devices driver ?
look at section flashtool/driver...you must choosed your devices for flash and fastboot.

If you press vol + your phone go in fastboot mode! Ypu have to press vol - and the it get flashmode. So try it.
