OK, I really tested the Final version myself
and I found that the Google Play Service Error STILL EXISTS!
no matter what Gapps I installed (Gapps on post #1 or PA-0-Gapps), if Google Play Service updated to 7.5.74 itself automatically
the Google Play Service Error will occurs...

But after I apply this fix I found on Xperia Sola board
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=895
then everything works fine
and I think this solution is easier then the solution on port #810...

I also have problems with different stopping services.
My first question is, why the don't fix this directly in the final build?
The second question/problem is: I don't have such a folder "/system/lib" on my device.
Should i create a new one and copy the file in this new folder?

You need to mount system when you go to look into that directory "/system/lib", it says so in the directions.
