[Q] How can i install from CWM a Stock Rom 6.2.A.1.100?

Hi, how can i install a stock rom from CWM? i have a 6.2.A.1.100 ftf package. I dont have a nandroid backup from my system. I already have installed DarkRom. I dont have the micro usb port enable (damaged).

you need stock recovery to flash stock ROM.

do you mean the PC Companion Software from Sony? Can i recover with it from any Custom Rom?

so you cannot connect the phone to the pc?it might be a problem

Never mind, i already made it, for those all who interested, a install from Play Market the app RecoverX, all you need is root permission, now i have CWM on my phone, thanks to all.
