So here I beg for your help, whoever read this.

I got a trouble with my Xperia U which is bootloop. As I state in the tittle, it is because the SIM Card. When I turn it on without the card, it was perfectly fine but it comes to bootloop when I pun the SIM Card on. I have tried three different providers but it seems the same. I've perform factory reset but it's not end up. My phone is unroot, ICS. What should I do? Thanks in advance...

My father had the same problem, and it's hardware related, so you can't do anything but to bring it to a phone repair shop.

Is it hardware problem? Will it be different if I root it or use another ROM?
