You said flash mode disconnects after 10 seconds, normally it is 45 seconds, that could be a problem or with the file.
Try reloading the firmware file or even better, build ne from PCC files.
Start repair with PCC untill it ask you to connect in flash mode, the build FTF .

Haha, No Need.. I Solved It Already..
Apparently Its Because Of The "Holding Down Volume Button" Thing..
If U Just Connect The Phone While Its Powered Off Without Holding Anything It Works.. Anyway, Thx For Helping..

That's ultra weird, gotta hold down the volume down, but not forever.
You say it flashed without holding it down at all,?

Yup.. I Actually Forgot To Hold And Continue Connecting It, Then It Goes To Flash Mode And Bam! The Error Is Gone..
