Unlocked the bootloader, flashed it. Got a bootloop because I flashed both zips at once. Rebooted to recovery, wiped /system /data dalvik-cache
After that, the recovery glitched out, the screen went black. I rebooted several times into the recovery again and now the kernel doesn't even initialize. No blinking LED. Flashing boot works, but doesn't change anything, no other kernels work. If I try to hotboot a krenel, it says this:
Quote:

creating boot image...
creating boot image - 10049536 bytes
downloading 'boot.img'...
(bootloader) USB download speed was 19215kB/s
OKAY [ 0.541s]
booting...
FAILED (remote: Wrong range:0x10008000-0x1099cb46. Ok:0x00000000-0x05efffff)
finished. total time: 0.548s

I did some research and I am afraid that the bootloader is screwed. Is that right? Can I unbrick? Because fastboot and flashmode still work. Dammit, this is my brother's phone.... :/
EDIT: Flashed the XperiaSTE kernel and CM11, it works now at least with this version, phew. I will try out this ROM later, but first, he gets his precious back, now with ultra fast software. ^^
