This ROM is a smoothend ICS version of latest 4.0.4 (6.1.1.B.1.54/6.1.1.C.1.0) SONY ICS firmware.

- Stable release

Instructions fo unlocked bootloader
0) Only if coming from GB
- Flash 4.0.4 6.1.1.B.1.10 via Flashtool
- Boot phone and do a factory reset
- Go on with 1)

Coming from stock ICS
1) Install CWM:
- Boot into fastboot
- Flash 'boot.img' via fastboot (can find file also inside the rom zip)
2) Flash ROM
- Boot into recovery
- Do a NANDROID backup
- Flash the rom in recovery:
In AROMA: Choose 'Keep Kernel' (this is your cwm kernel)
In AROMA: uncheck reboot option (do not reboot)
- Back in recovery do wipe Cache and wipe Dalvik Cache
- Reboot and wait for 5mins (just leave the phone in lock screen working)
- Reboot again
- Enjoy

You managed to get it booting? What was wrong? Well, do you provide the u.elf file at your thread?

Will try this, 5 min till downloaded. What's the changelog compared to stock? build.prop tweaks, removed bloat, root etc., I'd guess. Does it have UI mods or something like that? Could provide a CM9 style statusbar... If you'd want that.

actually good i did that. Got a cwm backup in the progress and also flashed InfinitySoundXperience. Here's the CM9 STYLE (close but not the real one): http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...37&postcount=2
I see a lot of bloat around, you should delete them so the user wouldn't have to manually do so. Still waiting for changelog.

P.S.
hmm... can't get root to work will try bin4ry's method

Cool, please provide the CM9 Statusbar.

This is a early beta... tweaks are on their way once the rom itself is stable!
