@DroidModderXtreme

if I change the string row.config.low_ram = false ---> row.config.low_ram = true, the widget menu disappears from the Security menu and is impossible to add widgets to the lockscreen

Because you set the low ram,enable "row.config.low_ram = false" back if you want to have those features

Droid replied the reason.
In Kitkat, it is configured to disable those lockscreen widget features if the low ram value is set to true.

Though by some modifications in the code, it can be enabled by default even if the low ram value = true.
