Installation Guide:

Flash latest Sony 5.1.1 Firmware (I use 14.6.A.0.368 but I hope it works on the latest one too)
Install Root and XZDualrecovery (with init.d support)
Boot into TWRP Recovery
DO NOT WIPE SYSTEM!!!
Flash the Desire ROM zip
Wipe Dalvik
Reboot into system

So i don't need to unlock the BL? And also does it have your sound mod fully working?

This does not work on 14.A.1.236. You end up with a blank live wallpaper where the startup guide should meet you.
It will only work on 14.A.0.368.

Latest Flashtool also writes out a weird error...like flashtool always does..
It reads TA_partition and writes. After that it stops with an error.
Downgrade to Flashtool 0.9.18.6 solves it.

Xposed works fine

    Yes that's okay because u flash my ROM over Stock Sony ROM, in future I will make this ROM standalone :)
