Is there a way to feature z ultra by tap 2 wake?

Yes it is. You must install ROM with tap2wake support. You can find them in development section.

I search for kernel but ouldnt find it. Do you know whats that name?

There is currently only 2 kernels with that feature and they are both CM Based. There's Carbon and Pimped Kernel(Z1 Port). Just look in the development Section.

No they wont boot a Sony based ROM
