Pretty fast and sleek ROM so far. My only question is how to change the soft key size to make them smaller?

Softkey size is hardcoded, so there's no easy way to change it. However, one can either
1. switch to lower DPI by editing build.prop so everything gets smaller and total real estate bigger (mine is 240, for instance), or
2. enable PIE and extended desktop, thus removing softkeys altogether.

Ah yes, pie. Just tried it and it works great. Full screen without Navbar
Pie is a nice red colour too:thumbup:

1) Make sure Navigation bar (Soft keys) is activated by changing qemu.hw.mainkeys=1 to qemu.hw.mainkeys=0
2) Reboot needed to change taking effect
Thanks for the helpful info Sunny, but these two steps are not really necessary, because Yuga has no hardware keys that need to be disabled.
0) Enabled Expanded Desktop feature in Power Menu is necessary (system settings > system > power menu > expanded desktop > status bar hidden or visible)

2) Reboot needed to change taking effect
3) Enable Pie in System settings > System > PIE controls
4) Check left and/or right side as they work best
5) Enable/Activate Expanded Desktop with power menu
6) Enjoy the pie
7) Disable expanded desktop to "Un-PIE"
And when you get it working thank @AA1973
