What custom rom is closest to a stock KK experience ? Ex. Cyanogenmod. Kind of like a Cyanogenmod with stock kernel (i know this doesnt exist just like a example. I have a locked bootloader and a custom recovery

The best way is giving a try by yourself.

Cyanogenmod with stock kernel do exist. Try Thomas's Rom.

Thomas' rom doesn't use a stock kernel. You still need an unlocked bootloader.
