Alright here is the situation:
-Xperia Z with STOCK 4.4.2 update
-Locked Bootloadder without the ability to unlocked it (says it's not allowed for some reason)
-Not rooted
-No custom recovery

I want to apply this patch - http://forum.xda-developers.com/xper...ria-z-t2767303
(Qualcomm dalvik patch)

both files are ZIP files so "flashtool" is no help.

How do I do that?

Thank you.

Downgrade to 4.2.2, root, install dualrecovery for locked bootloader, flash deodexed 4.4.2 - install super user mod, - flash the zip files

I think that's too much work to fix such a small lag

If you're unable to unlock your bootloader, the only way to root and install the custom recovery required to flash those files is to downgrade, unfortunately.
If you don't want to do that, you will have to wait until someone discovers an exploit to root 4.4 directly (if that ever happens).
