Default [Q] [HELP] Cant Root my Xperia z (C6602 10.3.1.A.0.244)

i got every time error when i try to use the flashtool to change version
i am using this guide : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2386405
The Error Log:

Install the drivers as the log states that you haven't.
Or just use this to root directly - http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2559009
