pls guide me to how root and boatload my xperia z my build number 10.4.1.b.0.101 android version 4.3 and my boot loader allowed :no

Just downgrade to Android 4.2.2 then root it, install cwm recovery and flash a pre rooted stock . 101 rom.

thanks dear i downgrade my firmware to 4.1.2 and i rooted it but how now i can change it to custom rom or kitkat frimware pls guide ,me

Since you have bootloader unlock allowed: no it is not possible to flash anything that requires non stock kernel. All you can flash is stock based roms.

U can flash some stock based custom roms. For 4.3
