Recovery missing?

I have just found out that my Sony Xperia z c6603 has no recovery, it is stuck on 4.1.2. I would like to upgrade it but am mot sure where to start, any help would be appreciated....

to manually upgrade you can use SEUS or Flashtool

Thanks I think I have sussed it thanks to DooMLoRD and his posts, SEUS didn't do anything it just told me my device was up-to-date, I have downloaded and installed the FlashTool and a new ROM 4.2.2. Bingo it updated my device, Thanks.
