Default [Q] update to .67

Hi, is it possible to update from. 244 to. 67 without losing my apps? My phone is rooted and i'm using xzdualrecovery.

I updated and rooted. 67 but when I restored my twrp backup it went back to. 244

Use Helium (Carbon) or titanium backup to backup your apps.

make a backup atleast before you try if you are concerned

i went from the 4.1.2 tmobile branded to .67
it seems to have broken the tethering portion of settings (i didn't wipe data)
probably going to do a fresh flash to .67 before 4.3 or 4.4 comes out.

I think I will wait for the newer android update, I know there was a flashing method to keep your apps and settings. I got my backup so try it later when 4.3 or 4.4 is released.

Thanks for the quick replies!
