PA looks the same on every device, there's no need to post additional screenshots here. Hope you don't mind.
Do you have a custom recovery installed already? If yes, just do a clean wipe, then flash the whole package, you don't need to unzip it.

i dont have custom recovery installed...i m on stock 4.3
