[Q] Need Help May have bricked phone

I hope someone can help. I had no problem flashing using the .nut 757 FTF.
I wanted to upgrade to the new firmware.
I flashed the .108 flashable firmware.
I then went into the flashtool(have latest version) and following the directions to flash the stripped ftf i got a loader.sin error. I tried reloading all the device drivers.
now when I try and flash I get

02/044/2014 10:44:55 - INFO - Pushing C:\Flashtool\custom\root\ftkit.tar to /data/local/tmp
02/044/2014 10:44:56 - INFO - Running installftkit as root thru sysrun
02/047/2014 10:47:43 - INFO - Flash canceled
does anyone have any suggestions what I can do.

updating the flashtool may solve the problem

It seems uninstalling the flashtool and re-installing it did the trick.
