You would need to root your phone and replace the system file. You can't do that without rooting

OK thanks, rooting is not for me

Did it disappear with the last update then, I didn't knowingly delete anything

You can download boot animation Z1, and install like an apk, or replace it in system folder
Even you can delete the old one and copy that in the mentioned folder

I don't know if it works or not
Your device should be rooted
Try at your own risk
And the last way is flash your phone, including wipe data, cache, apps log and system
