Default [Q] How can I change launcher icons?

I just deodexed my rom and I want to know how you guys doing it.

And is there any way to do with flashable zips?

I don't know about flashable zips but there are xposed modules which can change it. (sadly there are only 4 different buttons at the module I use )

Decompile home apk and do whatever you want then. Decompile with advanced apk tool. Don't forget about superuser mod.

The easiest way is use a custom launcher like nova, then download an icon pack from the appstore and apply it, you don't even need root

I Use Nova launcher but I have no idea how to switch icons On Xperia Launcher. If you find out how to do it, let me know.

You need to use unicon xpoesd modules. The instructions are there!!!!

I use Nova Launcher. You can download it from the market several icon themes that you can then choose to install as you like.
