Try flashing this ROM's boot.img through fastboot, then going into recovery and flashing the ROM without wiping data.

Hahha, I didn't know about that "Doom is only for stock ROMs
But, I flashed TWRP by fastboot, installed again boot from CM, flashed CM and GAPPS zip and wiped. Everything is "working now".
But my NFC still doesn't work and everytime that I try to fix WIFI AP, my Z1 stuck in bootloop. I don't know if the WIFI "fix" is the problem, or the restore apps (non-system apps) from titanium. This time I didn't restore in batch all my apps. I let Google Play install my apps, and for some of them, I restored only data.
Is it safe to fix Wifi AP editing that settings.db file? I was browsing the web and found a fix for NFC from Xperia Z, but a folder called ufs to edit to ufs1 doesn't exist for Xperia Z1, soo.....
No fix for now.
