My device was rooted by towelroot, but I had problems to fix the micro SD Card writing due to KitKat...

I have found a solution...

I have first install -=[XZDualRecovery]=- by [NUT] by choosing method [ 3. Installation on unrooted ROM using the TowelRoot method ] and thus re-root the tablet...
Then I have downloaded by Chainfire and install it through recovery.
And I used SDFix: KitKat by NextApp to enable micro SD Card writing...

And now it's fixed !.

And this work on a Locked BootLoader, no need to unlocked !

I hope this can help someone else

Best Regards,

I wasn't able to use SD Fix for some reason (just doesn't seem able to edit Platform.XML) but I was able to manually fix it. For those with that problem:

1. In root explorer go to to /system/etc/permissions.
2. Long press platform.xml and then select to open in a text editor
3. Find WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and add beneath to two permissions:

<group gid=”media_rw” />

4. Save the changes to the file. Now it will work, and I didn't even have to reboot the tablet.
