Are you sure you are in the right directory? I know chances are you are obviously but it could be something as small as that which could make a difference. Alternatively, make sure you actually have up to date ADB/fastboot files! I had old ones and they wouldn't work. I have attached platform tools to this message. Extract the .zip to your desktop, open the folder and then hold shift + right click and click on "open a command window here". Make sure you have the "fastboot drivers" installed from the flashtool page (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2635830).
