I Downloaded This C5503_10.4.B.0.569_1273-1456_R1C_Philipines.ftf
Ftf I Just Need To Know If Downgrading My Phone Will Void The Warranty? Im Currently On 4.4.2 Kitkat

Unless you just downgrade your phone to any version without unlocking your bootloader, your warranty remains intact.

How About If I Root Then Unroot?

It depends upon on what procedure you followed to root your phone. Was it the long and conventional method or the short and simple towel root..... If you have unlocked your bootloader then lock it using backup ta else if you rooted using towel root then no worries, simply go ahead with flashing your old FTF file.
