Any idea if it's possible to just hide the music player tile?

It should theoretically be possible but I haven't had any success with it yet.

Kill apps on exit doesn't work if I just pull phone from dock station. If I exit by click exit or back button all is ok

I'll look into it as soon as I have some time.
I don't have a dock so I'll need your help testing, though.
I'll advertise a test apk here as soon as I've got something.

Think you can try and capture a logcat for me?

It crashed about 20 seconds before this log dump. If this doesn't work, I'll use a different logcat program next time.

The good news is that the log shows the crash, the bad news is that it doesn't tell me much about it or why it happened.
If you can also add the Xposed Log (it's available through the Xposed Installer) that might help.
In the meantime, what I recommend doing:
  1. Completely uninstall the mod
  2. Reboot
  3. Clear the Car App data
  4. Reinstall the mod
  5. Reboot
Seriously though, reboot!

Got it, reboot and reboot. Kind of like Windows 95

Is this the xposed log you are looking for?

Yes, but I'm afraid there's not much in it to help.
I did look deeper into the logcat and I suspect it may have to do with the 3-finger gesture override feature.
Try turning that off in the module settings (put the setting on "Stock"), reboot, and see if it stops crashing.
