When you connect your device to a router via WPS feature, can you see the password on the wpa_supplicant.conf file of your device just as it is on the bottom of the router?

Not sure, can't test it out at the moment. I did paste the contents of the file previously:

Moto X 4.4.2 (VZW) - Bootloader unlocked (thanks to Chinese middleman), rooted, Xposed & Gravity Box, etc

Motorola Razr -> LG EnV2 -> HTC Droid Incredible -> HTC Droid DNA -> Moto X

Ok, the contents of your file don't even show any password at all!
And like you, I strongly believe that this is a router related thing, not a ROM thing!
This would make sense and explain a lot!

It would be nice if someone had two different devices connected to the same router, and then the same device connected to 2 different routers to test... and reported the findings!

@terrorist96 The contents of the supplicant you pasted don't contain any network entry's, so if that was your whole file the module should not work on any of your networks...

@SystemErrorOne If you go to the XPosed installer and open it, there will be an option for an log, if you open it you should see lots of text, if you can copy everything starting with WiFiKeyview (or similar don't know exactly) then I know which part the mod is not working on for you
