I flashed the ROM but the cellphone entered in bootloop. I tried with 2.7 and 2.8 versions. The same results in both cases. Any suggestion?

Change the boot animation with twrp

Check for flash able boot animations for moto g3 and download that zip and flash it through twrp

Changing boot animation will not resolve the bootloop. I'm flashing the .zip rom directly from the link in the first post.
