Just got my Moto G Turbo (Merlin) XT1557's battery replaced for ₹ 750 from a local shop. All the issues I was facing just vanished. Some of them were:
1. Whenever I try to turn flashlight on by using chop-chop gesture, it won't turn on or just one led flash turns on (white one only). Now it's fixed.
2. There was a weird screen flex and ghosting like when pressed a little on screen. Maybe because of the swollen old battery. That's fixed too.
3. Sometimes the auto rotation stops working while watching YouTube videos. That's fixed too.
4. The phone would switch off automatically when battery reaches 30% and below. And doesn't turn on without plugging. That's fixed too.
I'll share some battery stats after two or three charge cycles.
