Bug reporting:

  • DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
  • Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
  • If it is a random reboot, grab dmesg . (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
  • If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
  • Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues.

Hi! I loved aosip on zuk z2 and would really like to use it on my mi9, but I need to know if it supports face unlock cuz it is a deal breaker for me if not.

New version of AOSiP is out:

Changelog:

- Fixed CAF FOD ZPOS
- Enabled Screen OFF FOD (It's not based on AOD old trick, this is fresh implementation that doesn't drain battery)
- Using New QK with better performance and battery life
- Including MIUICamera instead of CAF Camera (thanks to Andrin Derpfest Dev)
- Performance improvement at Device Tree Level
- Add burn in protection for custom lockscreen clocks
- Fix NPE on SFUNY lockscreen clock style
- Fix NPE on divided lines lockscreen clock
- Add ability to change font style for new clocks
- Reduce some crashes
- Cache pin algorithms
- Cache the global proxy to avoid fetching it for every request
- Cache KeyStoreService
- Refactor killapp implementation
- Fix notification ticker layout
- overlay: drop some configs
- Disable statusbar time refresh when screen off
- Add back button for freeform window
- Force-enable permissions hub
- Smoother Upload and Download Animation for network traffic
- Longer wifi scan interval
- Remove child when a new view is added
- Inline screenshot trigger with AOSP values
- Drop custom white and black accents
- Settings: Avoid enforcing weird backgrounds

- PELT Scheduler
- Massively reduced Jitter
- Battery backup Improvements

ROM:
- Enabled Anti Flicker as feature requested
- Some performance Improvements on power hal
- Synced sources to AOSiP
- Added maintainer name on OwlsNest

Flashed 28 Aug release on Saturday. Good so far, fast and smooth with no reboots yet. Today, first day back at work, will be the real test.
Am missing face unlock, but can live without it.
