I tried that and it force closes itself. I also tried kingoroot and does the same thing. Maybe a factory reset is needed.

How is the start up time on this unit?

About 45 sec to a minute for cold boot and 1 to 2 seconds forbsleep mode. It's only done a cold boot twice. Haven't had it since first start up and after I did a factory reset.

Ok, this is very helpful, but if you would be so kind to tell me if the bottom of the display is flush with the bottom of the Head Unit. In other words if you set the HU on a table is the display also sitting on the table. I need the Display to not go much below the HU. Thanks!

it only slightly overhangs on the bottom side. Most of the overhang is at the top. It doesn't sit completely flat with the screen installed though

Thank you! Just to clarify "slightly" would you say less than 1/2" (12mm) or even better 1/4" (6mm) below the deck. Any more than 1/2" and it will block my AC controls somewhat.
I might be able to tilt the HU downward in the dash to help if needed. I'm really looking forward to this upgrade in my Ford Excursion.

If you find that unit on eBay, it should have a picture showing all the dimensions, including the upper and lower overhangs. Not sure why they don't have that info on Xtrons web site.
