Hi there,
What are my options concerning the jailbreak of my used chromecast which I have bought in the states back in 2013? It has been connected to the tv before so it must have had its updates, I guess. Is it still rootable?
So I was wondering what I can do to get more out of my chromecast.
Thanks in advance!
Regards.

Probably won't get many replies. Google locked down the bootloader early on in the release of the product. You can check out the Eureka thread for options, but if your SN is beyond or your firmware is beyond the 'open' versions, you're pretty much out of luck for root.
